This site is dedicated to the memory of Jack Dulson.
Jack Dulson was born in North Staffs Hospital on 26th July 2004 to his adoring family.
He was suddenly taken after a very short illness in the loving care of Birmingham Children's Hospital Ward 12.
Jack died of a condition called Pericarditis. Caused by the bacterial infection Staphylococcus aureus which followed a viral infection diagnosis. After 6 days at BCH he seemed to be improving and responding to treatment.
Whilst in the care of his loving family, he suffered a sudden cardiac arrest.
He will be forever loved, missed and always remembered by his loving family and friends.
